I am a trained birth doula working towards my certification through DONA International. I am a certified postpartum doula through Melissa Chappell (CPM, LDEM).

I believe in providing personalized care to each parent and their family. I want you to feel empowered to receive the care you deserve. My goal is to help you receive the knowledge you need able to make an informed and confident decision that is best for you and your family. I want to support you in having a birth and postpartum experience that you feel proud of. Every person that gives birth deserves to feel heard, loved, supported, capable, and powerful. I trust that you have the ability to follow your intuition, and I want to support you in doing what feels right for you.
